Welcome Garden Writers & Media Professionals
The Mailorder Gardening Association (MGA) is an organization comprised
of companies who sell gardening products via print catalog and
websites, as well as gardening magazines and professional supporting
companies. The ultimate goal of the MGA is to provide the gardening
public with the finest gardening products, gardening information
and customer service through the catalogs, websites and magazines
of MGA member companies.
Garden Writing Award
The MGA Excellence in Garden Writing Award honors the best, published
story about MGA-member garden catalog companies each year. This
prize is $1,000, and the competition is open to all members of
the Garden Writers Association.
